Reed Business Solutions, Inc. is owned and operated by Shauna Reed.  Shauna has over 17 years of accounting experience specializing in non-profit organizations, small business clients, including partnerships, corporations and LLCs, software implementation, payroll tax preparation and compiled financial statements.

Shauna is a member of the Walnut Creek Chanber of Commerce.  

Shauna’s outside interests include involvement in a number of charitable and civic organizations, including the Walnut Creek Area Chamber of Commerce, Girl Scouts of Northern California, American Diabetes Association, New Life Church, Contra Costa Christian Schools and Coyote Creek Learning Fund in San Ramon.

Chad Bogart

Chad joins our team from the Oregon area and has more than ten years accounting experience.  His experience includes financial report compilation, payroll and payroll tax preparation for small business clients, including sole proprietors LLC’s, Corporations, non-profits and Trusts.  Chad has ten years experience with QuickBooks and a B.S. in Business Administration with an option in Accounting.
