Reed Business Solutions, Inc. is owned and operated by Shauna Reed.  Shauna has over 15 years of accounting experience specializing in non-profit organizations, small business clients, including partnerships, corporations and LLCs, software implementation, payroll tax preparation and compiled financial statements.

Shauna is a Certified Bookkeeper and is a member of the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers and the California Professional Political Treasurers Association. She is also one of the few QuickBooks Advanced Certified Proadvisors in the area with experience since 1999. 

Shauna’s outside interests include involvement in a number of charitable and civic organizations, including the Walnut Creek Area Chamber of Commerce, Girl Scouts of Northern California, American Diabetes Association and Community Liaison for Clayton Valley Children’s Learning Center. 

Vicki Koski

Vicki has over 10 years administrative experience and over 20 years working for Safeway, Inc. Her responsibilities include bookkeeping, payroll, tax preparation and compiled financial statements.  She handles in-house bookkeeping and is also able to assist on-site at the client's office. 

Nancy Gullum 
Nancy has a B.A and assists with administrative functions and various bookkeeping responsibilities.
